We are a somatic movement space & women’s seasonal learning continuum grounded in ancient understandings of the feminine path, body, soma, & rhythms. We honor the arc of a women’s life-her transitions, life cycles, and her continual unfolding-Our classes, workshops & immersions are designed for women seeking deep coherence with her self, her soul, and other like hearted individuals dancing along a similar path.
AURO means gold
Through the body & movement, we cultivate the conditions where strength, softness, and subtle transformation can exist. It’s not about chasing the gold - but to return to what is already here. We tend it, listen to it, move it, temper it. Gold awakens in the care you take, the attention you bring, the presence you honor in your own life. We provide the space for it to arise naturally, inevitably, from within. Welcome to Auro.

Auro Continuum is an invitation to pay attention to what is unfolding
A 9 week seasonal learning path to help restore the gold that has been worn thin. Through cyclical wisdom, breath, pulse, craft and group movement we begin to feel again. This journey is built on the understanding that the body, when listened to, will reorganize itself.
What we seek is not outside us-it is already here, waiting for our attention.
